자주 묻는 것

상대를 어떻게 부르나요?
섬에 들어가 텐트를 세운 뒤, 말뚝의 쪽지나 설정의 "그 사람 초대하기"에서 초대 코드를 보냅니다. 상대는 시작 화면의 "초대 코드"에 그 여섯 글자를 넣습니다.

새 폰으로 바꿨어요.
새 폰의 시작 화면에서 "다른 기기의 기록"을 누르면 코드가 뜹니다. 옛 폰의 설정 > 계정 > "기기 잇기"에 그 코드를 넣으면 새 폰이 같은 기록으로 들어옵니다. Apple로 이어 두었다면 "Apple로 이어하기"만 누르면 됩니다.

기록을 지우고 싶어요.
설정 > "기록 지우기"를 누르면 계정과 내 글이 지워집니다. 섬은 상대에게 남습니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

둘이 같이 접속해야 하나요?
아니요. 각자 자기 시간에 들어와도 섬은 이어집니다. 같은 시간에 들어오면 서로가 보입니다.

하루가 안 넘어가요.
섬의 하루는 현실의 하루입니다. 다음 날은 아침 5시에 열립니다.

Common questions

How do I invite my partner?
After you raise the tent on the island, send the invite code from the note on the post or from Settings > "Invite your partner". Your partner enters the six letters under "Invite code" on the start screen.

I got a new phone.
On the new phone's start screen, press "My record on another device" to get a code. On the old phone, enter it under Settings > Account > "Link a device"; the new phone then opens the same record. If you linked Apple, just press "Continue with Apple".

I want to delete my record.
Settings > "Delete this record" deletes the account and your words. The island stays with your partner. It cannot be undone.

Do we have to be on at the same time?
No. Each of you can come at your own time and the island goes on. When you are on together, you see each other.

The day does not move on.
A day on the island is a real day. The next one opens at 5 a.m.
